I'm reading the book Yaqui Delgado wants to kick your ass, and right now in the book. Piddy (the main character) is the new girl at school and her friend Darlene one day told Piddy that Yaqui Delgado wants to kick her ass because she thinks that Piddy is stuck-up and shakes her ass too much. Yaqui also thinks that Piddy is trying to flirt with Yaqui's boyfriend, Alfredo. Throughout the first nine chapters of the book Piddy is trying to figure out two main problems in her life. Who is to blame for Piddy's social failure? And she is trying to figure out why her dad left when she was younger. But she also just figured out from Lila (her mom's best friend) that her mom had an affair with a married man. So now she is wondering who is to blame for her dad leaving, is it her mom?

If I was able to become friends with any celebrities. My first choice would be Beyoncé! I have always looked up to her ever since I was a little girl listening to her music. She is the Queen Bee, I love her so much and her daughter is so cute. I can´t wait to see what her twins will look like, and if they are identical. If I was firends with her we would go on lots fancy vacations together and go to lots of professional baseball and basketball games.
The other person I would be friends would probably be Kris Bryant. First of all he plays for the Cubs. Second, he's pretty darn good looking and he's a good baseball player. Also another person that I would like to be friends with would have to be Alicia Keys, because she empowers women all around the world to show their natural beauty and to embrace it. And I loved that she represents that and it makes me want to be more like her and a better person. In Night it was a about a boy that was Jewish and going through and experiencing the Concentration Camps with his father. Elie, the boy is telling the readers about his life and experiences in the Concentration Camps. What he went through while living in the camps. What advice he got from the older and wiser people at the camps. And what helped him get through the Holocaust with his life.
#1.) But in the boy in the striped pajamas it was about a young eight year old boy, Bruno who was German. His father was a Nazi soldier that had just been promoted and so they moved to a German countryside. While he was there he discovered that there was a farm looking property by his house. He did´t know that is was Concentration camp, and he went and explored and went up to the fence and he saw a little boy. He introduced himself and they became friends over the time that Bruno lived there. But when his mother figured out what they had really been doing to the Jewish people she felt that her and her children should´t live next to the Concentration Camp. So they planned on moving but before they do so Bruno sneaks up to the camp to try and help Schmuel find his father, but while Bruno was in the Concentration Camp they got had gotten taken to the gas chambers and they didn´t know what they were and they both died in it. #4.) I liked both of them, they gave me more insight one what happen on each side of the Holocaust. Reading the book gave me insight on what it was like to be in the Concentration Camps and how the German´s treated the Jewish people like. But the movie explained that the German´s didn´t actually know that the Jews were being treated so badly in the Concentration camps. Cause of the propaganda that the soldiers showed them so they thought that it was a good place. This Winter Break I got a puppy named Bailey for Christmas. I took care of her for all of Winter Break. I spent Christmas with my family opening presents and watching Christmas movies. When my brothers got back from their dad's house we watched them open their presents. Then after they were done later that night we went to my Grandpa's house to play games and open more presents.
The next day I went and played softball with my dad and sister. We also played basketball and volleyball in the City High gym for a couple hours. Other than that I binge watched TV shows with my sister. We watched Switched at Birth, Make it or Break it. Hawaii 5-0, Christmas movies, football and basketball. That is what Idid for Winter Break. I think the dress code rule is kind of stupid and unfair for many reasons and I will tell you why. First of all, it seems like the girls get dress coded a lot more than the boys do. Most of the dress code rules are directed to the girls. The boys almost never get stopped in the hallway for what they are wearing. But the girls get stopped all the time. I think it's a little unfair because the girls in the school aren't allowed to show their shoulders. But the boys, when school starts it's still summer, they usually show up in tank tops. When we come to school in the hallway and girls wear tank tops they tell us not to wear it again or we will get in even more trouble.
I am thankful for my family. Especially my parents and grandparents because help with all the stuff I need. My mom and Dad raised me to be who I am today and I am very happy with how they raised me. My mom and Dad work really hard to keep our family happy and healthy. They help me get better in sports. By taking me to practice and in the winter practice with me and my sister.
I am also thankful for my friends. They help me through the rough patches of my life, in school, in drama, in sports, and the other things I need help with. My friends help my build my personality. And my friends support me and help me with making hard decisions. I am thankful for my teachers who help me learn and discover new things in life and in school. I kind of wish Clinton won so this year we could make history. Although I didn't really like either of the candidates this year. I hope next term will be better and we have better candidates. Since Trump is going to be the president this coming January we as Americans will just have to live with it.
This Christmas all I want it a puppy. Any kind of puppy just a puppy. Ever since I was little I have always wanted just some type of animal. But my mom doesn't like animals and my dad is allergic to them. Ever since then I've want just any type of animal like a dog, cat, ferret, bunny, sugar glider, finger money but I've asked so many times and the answer has been NO every single time. So this year I asked my grandma if I could get a puppy and keep it a her house and she said yes! So this Christmas I am going to get my very own puppy.
The first trait I think that would be important for a president to have would be intelligence, because if the president didn't have intelligence they wouldn't be very good at decision making. They would also really have understand politics. The second trait would be leadership, because it's a big part of leading our country. They have to know how to make the right leadership decisions for the country. The last trait I think would be caring. The president needs to able to listen to the people's needs and try to help them solve their problems.
